The Purchasing Management Software can be purchased as part of a complete Sabre64 Maintenance Management Software package, or as part of a Sabre64 Inventory and Purchasing Management package.

MODULE	FEATURES
Purchase Orders	•Creates purchase orders, and quickly emails or faxes the orders to a vendor. •Allows managers to assign purchase order authorization limits to each employee. •Creates blanket purchase orders which remain open for repetitive orders. •Converts currencies using specified exchange rates. •Helps the user create an export file for transferring purchase order costs into accounting software.
Quote Requests	•Creates quote requests, and allows the user to quickly email or fax requests to vendors. •Tracks vendors' responses to quote requests.
Requisitions	•Allows authorized users to create and approve requisitions. •Generates lists of inventory items under their designated minimum stock level, and allows those items to be quickly inserted into a requisition. •Faxes or emails requisitions to vendors. •Quickly converts requisitions into purchase orders or quote requests.
Vendor/Contact Info	•Stores vendor information: contact info, shipping terms, freight terms, payment terms, etc.
